How to Replace Lost Academic Documents

Overview

Lost academic certificates such as UCE or UACE can be replaced by applying through Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) or your respective institution.

Steps to Follow

  1. Visit the UNEB offices or the issuing institution with a police letter stating the loss.
  2. Fill in the document replacement form.
  3. Make the required payment via bank as advised by UNEB.
  4. Attach a copy of the lost certificate if available, plus a passport photo.
  5. Submit the application for processing.
